We respect the privacy of all our (potential) customers and relations.
We prioritize the security and confidentiality of your personal data and handle your personal data with care.
We only share your data with parties that we engage for the delivery of our goods and with parties with whom we have to share data on the basis of a legal obligation.

Parts sales:
If you request a part from us or order a part, you provide the information we need to process the request, such as your name, address and email. We keep this data for as long as it is necessary to process your request and, if the request has not led to a sale, for a maximum of 2 years after the last request. If the request does lead to a sale, we will keep the invoicing data of the sale for 7 years in connection with legal requirements.
If you use one of the parts request systems with which we collaborate, such as Onderdelenlijn, Teilehaber, etc., we refer you to their privacy policy to determine how they handle the data you provide.

Customers tell:
If you have completed a review on customervertellen.nl (which we greatly appreciate), that information is not stored with us, but with customervertellen.nl. This is to guarantee the independence of the reviews. For example, we cannot delete a review because it would not be favorable to us. If you want to view your data there, I refer you to the customervertellen.nl site.
